Sophie Carpenter is a lawyer in our commercial and property team in the Sunshine Coast office. Sophie obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Southern Queensland and was admitted to the Supreme Court as a lawyer in 2022.

Sophie has acted for a wide range of developers across the Sunshine Coast and surrounds in all aspects of residential, commercial and industrial unit developments and land subdivisions including the preparation of documents in accordance with Development Approval conditions for Survey Plan registration, establishment of Community Titles Schemes, preparation and management of sale Contracts, and management of Option Agreements.

Sophie believes practicality and reliability are key and tailors her approach to meet her clients’ commercial needs.
