Annual land valuations were issued by the Valuer-General to landowners on 6 March 2020.
If your land valuation has increased, you could be paying much higher Council rates and land tax than you should be. Even if your land valuation has not changed, you can still challenge your valuation and if successful, save on any rates and land tax you pay.
If you are unhappy with your land valuation you can lodge an objection but don't delay as this must be done by 5 May 2020.
Please contact us to discuss your options in objecting to your land valuation.
